When Zoticus came to me with the script for this project, I was thrilled because I saw a compelling story about hope and redemption that was driven by a solid emotional arc. The client chose the most challenging of the three styles, which gave me an opportunity to stretch my illustration and design skills. Although the story changed along the way, the final piece retains the story’s emotional core about restoring hope to a community.

The goal for this video was to give kids an introduction to the principles of electricity while keeping it fun and fast-paced. The folks at Zoticus went the whole nine on this one - bringing in 3D, cel animation, live footage, papercraft and stop motion. Lots of work but tons of fun to produce! All of us pitched in building props and assisting on the shoot.

I'm really proud of the way this one came together. It's a short piece that delivers a powerful message about the emotional bond between mothers and daughters. The team at Zoticus really propelled this passion project to be something amazing. I was thrilled to animate the fantastic boards by Laura Alejo.
